the hotel offers a free shuttle service to İstinye park mall every hour, a convenient perk because finding a willing taxi driver can be challenging. the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, with a wide selection that catered to everyone. all staff were very friendly to needs.
The hotel's parking fee surprised me. I found it quite expensive!

the beautiful room included a well-stocked minibar. a coffee maker, ensuring i could enjoy refreshments easily. a window opened slightlywith fresh air into the room. the mattress felt new, offering excellent support.

a good escape
immaculate room breakfast buffet shuttle service helpful staff
I stayed for a few nights, the cleanliness of the room impressed me. It was immaculate. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, all tasted very fresh. i found the shuttle service to İstinye park mall very convenient. the staff were friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions efficiently.
I noticed the in-room dining menu download failed using the free internet. It was a minor inconvenience.

excellent support spacious room fresh food convenient shuttle
The staff provided excellent support for all our requests. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped with a minibar plus a coffee maker. One window opens a bit, and this improves the air quality. Breakfast included fresh food and Turkish coffee upon request. Live harp music played most mornings. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle to Istinye Park shopping mall.
